He started to work as a violin maker in 1963,under the guidance of Giuseppe Lucci.His craft is accurate;excellent wood choice,fine vanish;good sonority and good tone.
He receoved important award and acknowledgment:7 gold medals in 6 years(Cremona 1967;Ascoli Piceno 1969;Bagnacavallo 1969,1970,1972).In 1979 he was appointed menber of the Committee of Experts of ANLAI.He has used a hot-iron brand since 1983.
