Bertrand-Yves Delisle was born in Rambouillet, France, on 6 August 1964.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After high school, bowled over by an increasing passion for the world of music, he decided to move to Italy and enrolled at the I.P.I.A.L.L. Cremona violinmaking school where, thanks to the precious guidance of Master Giorgio C\u00e8, he obtains his violinmaking diploma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1991, after a few years of training on his own, he was taken on by the workshop Carlson- Cacciatori- Neumann in Cremona where he completed his trainign in making and restoring strings instruments untill 1999 when he decided to open his own workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1996- Special prize for the high quality of craftsmanship during the competition at the Royal National College of Music Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1997- Special prize for the high quality of craftsmanship for his cello in the Mittenwald competition.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
