マノエル・フランシスコ
1995年から弓の製作者として活動を始めている。経験を積んだ楽弓製作者として、10年ほどWater Violet社で弓製品の品質管理を担当していたこともある。マノエルは、ブラジルのVitoria南東地区に工房を作り、そこでさらに楽弓製作に取り組み、決して製作を休むことはなかった。2005年の7月にマノエルはL’archet Brasilの特別仕様の弓を製作する機会を得て、もっぱら専属でブラジルの楽弓製作のスタンダードを押し上げてきた。マノエル・フランシスコは、間違いなくブラジルの最高の楽弓製作者の一人だといえる。彼の弓は、弾きやすさとその美しさで世界中で定評がある。仕上げの優美さと妥協のない職人技は、マノエルの最大の特徴である。ブラジルの製作された弓の中で、マノエルの手による弓は、トップのペルナンブッコの弓であることは間違いない。

Manoel Francisco has worked as a bow maker since 1995. A highly-experienced bow maker, he worked for 10 years as a quality control supervisor for Water Violet Bows. Manoel maintains a studio close to Vitoria-ES Brazil. Manoel never stopped working as a bow maker. In July 2005 Manoel had an opportunity to join L’archet Brasil for a special edition, with exclusive crafting capacity. He is without a doubt one of the best bow makers in Brazil. His bows are known around the world for their playability and beauty. Beautiful finishing and amazing craftsmanship are hallmarks of a Manoel Francisco bow. His bows are definitely one of the top pernambuco bows made in Brazil.
